At P&A we understand that every project does not necessarily have standard product that meets the specific requirements. This is where our in house design and manufacturing team can work together with you, to create a tailored custom solution that meets the project requirements.
Once the project requirements have been identified with all the relevant information. This will be reviewed by our technical/sales team and preliminary quotation for the project will be prepared.
After the initial quotation has been accepted, this information will be passed onto our design department, who will begin to turn the concept into a virtual product.
Our design team will being to create prototypes of the product in close co-operation with the customer. Once the prototype has been created and signed off by the customer, a final price quotation of the project will be prepare and sent for approval.
Once the final approval has been agreed by the customer, all the components will be ordered, final design and drawings will be drafted up and production will begin.
Once production has been completed, all the luminaires will be carefully packaged, labeled ready for dispatch.
